3 MONTH RESULTS

From January–March 2026, I managed this account on a 3-month social media management contract focused on growing engagement and brand awareness within the Auckland community.

Within just 3 months, engagement increased by 296%, taking the account from around 8K to 82K+ engagementsthrough strategic reels, trend-based content, and consistent audience engagement — the kind of growth that typically takes many social media accounts close to a year to achieve.

Month one was focused on learning the audience and testing content styles. By month two, the account hit its first viral reel and reached over 50K engagements. By month three, results became consistent, with multiple viral reels helping push the business onto the Auckland algorithm and significantly increasing local visibility.

The top-performing reel reached 11.7K views, with 471 likes and 91 shares, while the majority of views came from non-followers — showing strong organic reach beyond the existing customer base.
